Helm is an early product. Use it for your household. Do not use it as legal, medical, or school-of-record advice.

The product

Helm helps the parent who holds the school email turn chaos into a short Today plan. It is offered as-is, without warranties. Dates, to-dos, and meal suggestions can be wrong — you review before anything is filed. This is not a substitute for your school portal, calendar, or a human who knows your kids.

Acceptable use

• Use Helm for your own household, or with people who asked you to share a day link
• Do not paste or forward other people's mail you are not allowed to handle
• Do not use Helm to harass, spam, or break the law
• Do not probe or overload the service, or try to read another household's data
• Do not scrape, resell, or present Helm as a finished enterprise product

Your data

You keep responsibility for what you capture. See Privacy for what we store, how AI reads captures, and how to delete the household. Backups you download are yours to protect.

Early product

Features move. Email forwarding, screenshot reading, and optional cloud sync may be unavailable or incomplete. We may change or stop the service. We are not liable for missed forms, practices, payments, or dinners — Helm is a helper, not a guarantee.
